The 2008 Santander British Grand Prix was the biggest and best we have ever held at Silverstone so far. A total of over 250,000 fans enjoyed the weekend which culminated in an historic win by Lewis Hamilton. Considering the torrential rain on Sunday, and the disappointment on hearing the news that we may not hold the British Grand Prix after 2009, I think the team did an amazing job and put on a fantastic and memorable event. Many thanks to you for the key part you played and my sincere thanks for a job well done!

I thought it appropriate to write and convey our compliments to you and your colleagues for the excellent hospitality at Brooklands 2A suite on Saturday. Everything ran extremely smoothly, commencing with the original booking made with you in January, to the VIP parking and shuttle bus to the suite, the view of the circuit, catering which was excellent, and the staff being both efficient and polite throughout the hole day. This was a fantastic event for us to attend, helped in no small part by the faultless organisation of the hospitality. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all those involved.

Thank you for all your help yesterday in putting together an excellent event for Mr Abramovich. With record crowds over the Grand Prix weekend our new catering partners, Aspire and their sub-contractors, performed brilliantly with much praise from the public, corporate clients and BRDC. The move to predominantly organic food and higher levels of quality and service has definitely paid off.

We now have a firm base to build on and we look forward to implementing the next phase of our catering strategy Location, getting there, parking etc all really excellent. Ideal for us as people were coming from all over UK.
