Sean is one of the industry's young leaders with a career structure that has encompassed major business development for client and employer alike. Before taking on the role of managing director and shareholder of the Aspire Group, Sean was managing director and shareholder of a retail focused Hospitality Company, offering fine dining and staff restaurants into the workplace. He has also been sales and marketing director for the second largest catering organisation in the world, developing keynote projects such as one for Ascot Racecourse, where he scored high success for his company via the creation of the Ascot Hospitality direct sales and marketing network. Sean is also a qualified, experienced chef and a former restaurateur, who has well and truly learned the importance of the attention to detail and passion for excellence that put Aspire in pole position.

Sean is an active participant of the hospitality sector attending many industry networking events and charity occasions. He is currently Chairman of ACE (Association of Catering Excellence) for the UK.

Aspire's menus are developed by a team of talented chefs under the guidance of creative director, Steven Saunders. One of only 17 Fellow Master Chefs of Great Britain, Steven was also a celebrity chef, hosting a wealth of TV and radio programmes as well as co-writing 'Ready, Steady Cook'. His accolades are further extended by his previous Michelin-starred and 3-AA Rosette-awarded restaurant, The Pink Geranium; his two concept restaurants, 'Steven Saunders at Newmarket' and 'Steven Saunders at Brocket Hall'; international consultancy with some of the world's leading hotels and a multitude of awards recognising his culinary successes. But he is perhaps mostly renowned for his passion for fresh, locally sourced, seasonal and organic produce, the flavours of which infuse his menus.
